The JINHUA Glass-Lined (GL) Reactor seamlessly combines the structural strength of steel with the exceptional chemical inertness of glass. By fusing a high-performance enamel coating to a robust metal base at extreme temperatures, we deliver a reaction vessel that withstands the most aggressive acidic media.

- Scalable Capacities: From Lab to Full-Scale Production. Standard capacities range from 20L up to 20,000L, with custom larger volumes available upon request.
- Operating Range: Working temperatures from -20°C to 200°C and pressures from full vacuum up to 1.0 MPa, covering diverse and demanding reaction processes.
- Versatile Agitator Types: Customized mixing solutions including Anchor, Paddle, 3-Blade Impeller, Axial, Hydrofoil, PBD, Scraper, and Turbo glass-lined agitators.
- Standard & Custom Structures: Manufactured in standard K & F Types (Open/Close type). Compliant with China GB standard, ASME code and CE (PED) directives.
- Unmatched Media Compatibility: Resistant to various organic/inorganic acids (sulfuric, nitric) and weak alkalines. (Note: Not recommended for hydrofluoric acid or highly concentrated hot phosphoric acid).

To maintain strict pressure or vacuum integrity during operation, we provide premium single or double Mechanical Seals from famous brands. For safe material feeding, customizable Glass-Lined Dip Pipes are available in various lengths to reach the vessel bottom as required by your process.
