Modular Mini-Plants for Advanced Scale-Up

When your process outgrows a single mobile skid but isn’t ready for a massive custom-built facility, the JINHUA ModuPlant Series bridges the gap. Designed for kilo-lab and small-batch production (typically 300L to 2,000L), these systems are fully pre-assembled and tested in our factory, then intelligently divided into transportable modules for rapid on-site reassembly.

  • Smart Modular Architecture: The entire system is engineered into shippable sections (e.g., reactor skid, overheads skid) that fit standard shipping containers, drastically reducing field installation time and costs.

  • Pre-Tested Reliability (FAT): Fully assembled and subjected to rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before disassembly and shipping, guaranteeing plug-and-play performance upon arrival.

  • Comprehensive Integration: Incorporates larger-scale components including multi-stage condensers, phase separators, dosing systems, and centralized PLC control matrices.

  • Versatile Materials of Construction (MOC): To meet the rigorous demands of your specific process, the reactor, condenser, receiver, and piping matrix can be custom-engineered in a variety of premium materials.
